On LinkedIn and Reddit each found post additionally costs 1 credit, because the search runs on paid external platforms. A credit is spent whether or not the AI flags the item as a match - the work is the analysis itself.

On Telegram and Threads - yes, completely. Your connected account reads those channels directly, so keyword matching costs nothing. On LinkedIn and Reddit we run the search through paid external platforms, so each found post costs 1 credit. Posts removed by your LinkedIn author filters are never billed.

On Telegram and Threads - no. A campaign with keywords and no AI prompt creates a signal straight from the keyword match, and paired with a template reply it runs on 0 credits end to end. The honest trade-off: without the AI filter every match comes through, so expect more noise. On LinkedIn and Reddit every found post costs 1 credit regardless, since the search itself runs on paid platforms.

Three levers. A daily credit limit per campaign (default 100/day) hard-caps what a single campaign can spend. LinkedIn author filters (industries, companies) and Reddit subreddit targeting cut the found-post volume before billing. And filtered-out posts are never billed. When the balance hits zero, campaigns pause - we never auto-charge.

Two options. Buy a credit pack in the Billing section inside the app - top-up credits are valid for 90 days (455 on annual plans). Or switch to a larger volume variant within your tier - we pro-rate the difference and apply the credits immediately. We never auto-charge for overages.
