How does the combined Telegrin + Grinfi referral count work?
One affiliate program covers both products. Every person you refer who signs up for Telegrin counts as 1 referral, and every person who signs up for Grinfi counts as 1 referral - so if the same person joins both, that's 2 referrals toward your tier. You earn commission on whichever product(s) they pay for.
What happens once I unlock Lifetime?
By default, commission on a referral is paid for 12 months. Reaching 20+ referrals unlocks Lifetime commissions - your payouts are no longer capped at that 12-month window and are paid for as long as your referral stays subscribed. Once you've earned Lifetime status, it's permanent: it stays yours even if your active referral count later drops below 20.
Is my rate based on my referral's plan or my own tier?
Both. The Monthly / Annual split reflects which plan your referred customer is on. Within each, your exact rate depends on your current tier (how many total referrals you've brought in) - more referrals move you into a higher-paying bracket on both plan types.
Who can I refer?
Anyone who could benefit from Telegrin or Grinfi - except yourself and people who work at your company.
What happens to my commission if my referral requests a refund?
If your referral requests and receives a refund, the corresponding commission is deducted from your balance. If it was already withdrawn, the amount is offset against a future payout.
Can I promote Telegrin or Grinfi via paid ads?
Using paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to promote either product as an affiliate is not allowed. Accounts found doing this are removed from the program and forfeit their balance.
When and how do I get paid?
Once a referral makes a payment, the commission appears in your affiliate dashboard along with a withdrawal request button. After you submit a request, the transfer is processed within 14 days (exact timing can depend on your bank).
