Channels

Which channels does Telegrin cover?

Four. Telegram (live, with AI auto-reply), LinkedIn and Reddit (live - Telegrin detects the post and drafts a comment, you post it), and Threads (live on every plan, with the same auto-reply engine as Telegram).

Do I need a LinkedIn or Reddit account?

No. LinkedIn and Reddit search runs entirely on our platform - you never connect, log in, or risk an account there. Telegram and Threads work through your own account, connected in two clicks, so replies come from you.

Does Telegrin post on LinkedIn or Reddit for me?

No - and that's deliberate: nothing is published on external platforms without you. The AI qualifies each found post and writes a comment draft; you post it from your own account in one copy-paste. For LinkedIn there's a second path: send the lead to Grinfi, our outreach platform, and its sequences take over - that handoff is free.

How does LinkedIn search work?

You set keywords plus optional author filters: up to 20 industries and up to 20 companies. Posts removed by the filters are never billed. The first scan looks 3 days back; you can optionally scan history up to 1 week back. Each found post costs 1 credit.

How does Reddit search work?

Keyword search across all of Reddit, or narrowed to up to 20 subreddits. The first scan takes the 25 newest posts; optional history scans go 50 or 100 posts back. Each found post costs 1 credit, and a daily credit limit per campaign protects your balance.

When does Threads arrive?

Threads is live on all plans. You connect your own Threads account via OAuth and run keyword searches across public posts - keyword search is free, and the AI analysis and auto-reply engine are the same as on Telegram.

Telegram & account safety

What are the three Telegram modes?

Chat monitoring: watch the groups you're in - a keyword match becomes a lead, optionally qualified and answered by AI. Post engagement: track your own posts - everyone who reacts, replies or quotes becomes a lead the AI can message. Channel monitoring: watch broadcast channels for new posts on your topics - each match becomes a card with the full text and a direct link, a news radar rather than a lead source.

Is it safe for my Telegram account?

Yes. Telegrin logs in from a second device, and your real Telegram client keeps working. Daily cap of 40 outbound messages, random send jitter (45s-3min), no flagged data-center IPs.

How does account connection work, exactly?

Telegram lets one account be active on multiple devices. Telegrin acts as one of those 'devices' - you authorize it once, by QR code, and the session stays under your control.

Will Telegram see this as a bot?

No. Bots in Telegram are a specific API. Telegrin uses the same client API your phone uses (MTProto) and acts as you. From the chat's perspective, you're typing.

Can I monitor broadcast channels?

Yes - that's the channel monitoring mode. Add the channels you care about and Telegrin turns every new post on your topics into a card with the full text and a direct link. Where a channel has a linked discussion group, you can monitor the comments there too.

AI & credits

What does a credit buy?

One credit = one AI action: analyzing a found message or post against your prompt, or writing a reply. On LinkedIn and Reddit each found post also costs 1 credit, because the search runs on paid external platforms. Keyword search on Telegram and Threads is free, template replies are free, and the Grinfi handoff is free. A credit is spent whether or not the AI flags the item as a match.

Is keyword search free?

On Telegram and Threads - yes: your connected account reads those channels directly, so matching costs nothing, and a keyword-only campaign with a template reply runs on 0 credits end to end. On LinkedIn and Reddit each found post costs 1 credit, since the search runs through paid external platforms.

Can the AI reply for me automatically?

On Telegram - yes, today: Autopilot generates and sends replies as you, escalating uncertain cases (50-80% confidence) for review, while Copilot waits for your approval on every reply. Threads gets the same two modes as it rolls out. On LinkedIn and Reddit the AI writes a comment draft and you post it - Telegrin never publishes there for you.

What languages does the AI support?

English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish - and growing. The classifier auto-detects the language per source. UI is currently EN / UK / RU.

Data & privacy

What data does Telegrin store?

Your account info, the sources you've added, your campaign configs, AI-flagged signals, and conversation history for leads you've replied to. We do not store full chat or feed backlogs - only what the AI surfaces.

Is the data encrypted?

Yes. TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest for sensitive fields (session tokens, message bodies). Bcrypt cost-12 password hashing.

Where are the servers?

Frankfurt, Germany (Hetzner). Operating entity registered in Estonia. GDPR-compliant by default.

How long do you keep my data?

Conversation history is stored for 12 months, then purged automatically. On account deletion there's a 30-day grace window during which you can cancel - after that, full erasure.

Billing & plans

How does the free trial work?

10 days and 1 000 credits - no credit card required. The trial includes LinkedIn and Reddit, so you can test the premium channels before paying. Limits: 3 campaigns, 2 Telegram and Threads accounts, unlimited chats. After the trial you pick a plan - your data stays in your workspace.

Which channels come with which plan?

Every plan runs all four channels - Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit and Threads. Keyword search is free on Telegram and Threads; on LinkedIn and Reddit each found post costs 1 credit.

Can I change my plan mid-month?

Yes. Tier switches, variant switches, monthly↔annual switches - anytime. Upgrades pro-rated and applied instantly. Downgrades at the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, one click. Plans stop at the next billing cycle.

Technical limits

Which Telegram chats can I monitor?

Any group you're a member of - public, private/invite-only, supergroups - plus broadcast channels via channel monitoring. The only thing we can't see is 1:1 direct messages between other users.

How fast does a signal arrive?

Telegram monitoring runs in real time: from a message being posted to your notification typically takes under a minute. LinkedIn and Reddit campaigns scan on a schedule, so new posts arrive in batches. History scanning is slower - roughly 100 messages per 3-4 minutes on Telegram.

How many messages per day can I send?

Up to 40 outbound messages per Telegram account per day. That's a Telegram-imposed soft limit for non-bot accounts at human rate - push higher and you trip flood-waits.

Do you have an API?

Yes. Telegrin ships a public REST API covering all four channels - each lead carries its channel, post permalink and author profile URL. Create an API key in your workspace settings and browse the interactive docs at tg.grinfi.io/api/v1/ext/reference. There's also an MCP server, so AI assistants like Claude can manage your campaigns and leads for you.

Legal & abuse

Is Telegrin allowed by Telegram's ToS?

Telegrin uses the public MTProto client API the same way your phone or desktop app does. We respect rate limits, don't impersonate, don't spam.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU operating entity, EU servers, data export and deletion on request, DPA available.

Someone is using Telegrin to spam our community - what do we do?

Email [email protected] with the username, the chat link, and example messages. We investigate and ban offenders within 24h.

While your competitors scroll, Telegrin closes deals.

Spin up your first campaign in minutes. 10-day free trial with LinkedIn and Reddit included - no credit card required.
