The Power of "Contextual" Leads
On LinkedIn, a job title is just a label. But a like, a comment, or a repost? That's a signal. When someone engages with a post about a specific pain point, they aren't just a "Lead" - they are a person currently thinking about a problem you can solve.
According to recent B2B sales benchmarks, "warm outreach based on shared interactions sees a 2x higher reply rate" compared to traditional cold scraping. Why? Because you aren't a stranger, you're someone who "saw them in the crowd".
Feature Spotlight: LinkedIn Post Engagement Import
Grinfi's Post Engagement (Basic Search) allows you to surgically extract these high-intent prospects and move them directly into your sales funnel.
To access this feature, navigate to: CRM → Imports → Basic Search → Post Engagement.

How it works
- Target the post. Simply paste the URL of any LinkedIn post - whether it's yours, an industry influencer's, or even a competitor's.
- Choose your intent level. You can filter the import based on the type of interaction:
- Likes
- Comments
- Reposts
- Automate the "lookout". LinkedIn posts can stay viral for days. Instead of manually re-checking, use the Repeat Import Period feature. Grinfi will automatically monitor the post and pull in new leads as they react, keeping your list fresh on autopilot.
Note: the Repeat Import Period toggle is located at the bottom of the import window under "Show advanced settings".

Strategic Use Cases for Growth
- Competitors: did a competitor post a feature update? Import everyone who commented. They are actively evaluating that specific solution.
- Influencers: find a viral post in your niche. Extract the audience. Your opening line is already written: "Saw you engaged with [Influencer's Name] post about [Topic]…"
- Event networking: if you see a post about an upcoming conference or expo, scrape the attendees. Your outreach is already written: "Saw we are going to be at the same event, let's meet up!"
Grinfi Tip: don't just scrape, segment. Tag these leads with the name of the post or the topic so your automated sequences remain hyper-personalized.
